📦 Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used lash products, applicators, or beauty tools unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
🚚 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, email us at info@wosheerlashesco.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
